Before joining D.Y.D Services in 2023, Shivden honed his expertise in leadership roles:

• BIM Project Manager at HBA/Hirsch Bedner Associates (2017–2022): Standardized and launched BIM projects while building high-performing teams.
• Team Leader at SKETS Studio (2014–2017): Successfully led complex design and drafting projects.
